About the Anglo-Boer War
Study Group of Australia
The Anglo-Boer War Study Group of
Australia meets quarterly to share
information and memorabilia about the war.

The meetings consist of brief presentations
by members on aspects of the war, followed
by a refreshment break. A talk by an expert
or experts in a particular subject (like the
seige of Mafeking, Breaker Morant, or
Australian Contingents that took part in the
war) begins after the break.

There is time for informal discussion, usually
over refreshments.

The Study Group publishes a quarterly
journal `The Kopje' which includes
articles about the war by members or
from other sources.

Best of all, the Study Group provides a
network of expertise that members can
draw on for a study project, publication
or forthcoming auction.
